Gatlinburg Landing is a two bedroom, two bath vacation rental option in the Gatlinburg, TN area. We are located in the Cobbly Nob community that is approximately 20 minutes (12 miles) from downtown Gatlinburg.

Far enough away from the tourist traffic to allow for serenity and privacy, but close enough to the attractions to enjoy during any trip.

Gatlinburg Landing offers a number of great amenities along with a “front and center” of the Great Smoky Mountains from the 30-foot deck.
